The Charlatans are about to release their fourteenth album We Are Love, a gladly psychedelic swish featuring perhaps my favourite Charlatans track ‘For The Girls’ - dedicated to band members’ families. Tim remembers the moment of running into Bez and Shaun Ryder of The Happy Mondays as he was checking into the hotel to detox, his favourite moments of the longer new Charalatans live shows, and how recording We Are Love at Rockfield was an embrace to his late bandmate Rob Collins.
